| | As a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission, we are issuing the following press release to clarify our disclosure.
As a result of communications with the British Columbia Securities Commission, the Company has amended and restated its Management Discussion and Analysis for the fiscal period ended October 31, 2004 (the "MD&A") which amended and restated MD&A has been filed on SEDAR.
In particular, the MD&A has been amended to expand discussion of the Company's projects in the section headed "Results of Operations" as well as to provide a more detailed discussion in that section of the transactions and expenditures of the Company during the period being reported on.
The Company has also expanded the disclosure under the section headed "Related Party Transactions" so as to provide more detailed information.
